Q: Where are your products made?
A: All our products are made in the U.S.A. in a certified WHO/GMO U.S. laboratory.

Q: What payments do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards, please do not contact us about money orders, Western Union transfers, or any other form of payment as
these are not accepted.

Q: Do you accept phone orders?
A: No we do not accept phone orders. All orders must be placed online. If you have a question about bulk orders or any other inquiries about
an order please send us an email and we will respond within 24 hours.

Q: I didn’t receive a tracking number?
A: Please check your spam or junk folder as an automated email is sent as soon as the shipment leaves the warehouse. If you still cannot
find the tracking number send us an email.

Q: I have questions regarding peptide characteristics or use?
A: We will not answer any questions via any form of communication about peptide characteristics, use, or research administration. We are a
re-seller of pure high grade peptides and cannot answer questions or give advice on these products. All products on this site are strictly for
research purposes only and not for human consumption. We reserve the right to deny sale to any person, company, or entity we feel may be
using these products for anything other than there stated use (research and laboratory purposes) and questions about characteristics or use
will be ignored.

Q: Can you ship my products without labels?
A: No we cannot ship any product on this site without its proper name and warnings. We are required by law to make all labels and warnings
visible, sorry for any inconvenience this may cause
